Product Summary
The PA95 is a high voltage, MOSFET operational amplifierdesigned as a low cost solution for driving continuous outputcurrents up to 100mA and pulse currents up to 200mA intocapacitive loads. The safe operating area (SOA) has nosecond breakdown limitations and can be observed for all loadtypes by choosing an appropriate current limiting resistor. TheMOSFET output stage is biased AB for linear operation.External compensation provides flexibility in choosing band-width and slew rate for the application. APEX’s Power SIP04package uses a minimum of board space allowing for highdensity circuit boards.
